Katica Apartment Management, LLC is a family owned property management company located in Tacoma, Washington. Established in 1984, we have managed commercial and multi-family properties throughout the Puget Sound area.

Recently, we've narrowed our focus to multi-family housing only in Tacoma's North End. Our current portfolio includes properties ranging in size from 10 units to 33 units, with housing to accommodate working professionals, students, families, and seniors.
